To Do Timezone

OY

I set a recurring task as "every mon, tue, wed, thurs, fri @ 10.30" and my timezone setting is +8 Singapore.

The task appears on my list as 6.30pm instead of 10.30am. I believe this is because the 10.30 refers to UTC (GMT) instead of local time? I think this should be fixed.

Hi,

Please make sure that you have the correct timezone setup in all of your devices (computer and phones). I tested the query myself and it gives me the correct time. Let me know if you're still experiencing the problem.

Best Regards,

Clyde

Hello,

Can you please verify also that in the Todoist setting, you have the same timezone?

Yes, that's what I mean. All account settings's timezone in todoist are in Asia/Singapore.

Hi,

Just to clarify:

> Computer/Desktop timezone is set to Asia/Singapore? (Yes/No)
> Todoist timezone setting is set also set to Asia/Singapore? (Yes as you've mentioned)

Please note that we have to check 2 separate settings here and not just the setting in Todoist. Can you also try logging out and see if that helps?

Best Regards,

Clyde

Yes, confirmed both answers are YES -- note my desktop is set automatically using time.asia.apple.com

I've also logged out and logged in again, but same issue.

Hi,

Can you try using this syntax "every mon, tue, wed, thurs, fri @ 1030" or "every mon, tue, wed, thurs, fri @ 10:30am"? Which one of the two works? None?

Can you also tell me what is the time format that you're currently using?

Best Regards,

Clyde
