Windows app crashes too, with same error message

- I've uninstalled and reinstalled Java
- I've uninstalled the application and Todoist reinstalled
- I restarted the pc
- I cleaned the registry with ccleaner
The problem persists

No updates yet. :-( We're still discussing with our developer to see what other things we can try to resolve the issue.
This is most likely a connection issue and might be related to your proxy configuration or something else. If we have something more specific, I'll post it here.

It scarcely Proxy problem, because I've been using Todoist for this high since I gave my account.
I have always worked correctly in Outlook and Windows app, we have no proxy in the office.
simply closed session at the end of my work day, and the next day I presented this problem.
today does not work, I returned to uninstall and install Todoist, but the message continues to appear synchronization.
Todoist is validated in the firewall. currently working with the web version, the windows version is not important but if Outlook is important because I work a lot with email. currently sending emails to inbox Todoist but is not the same because the Outlook plugin opens the mail himself.

We're working hard to find the solution for this problem but unfortunately we're not there yet . :-( We will definitely update you once we have one.
Hi, i have the solution
1- Close Todoist windows app
2- go to %userprofile%\AppData\Local\Todoist\Windows\Cache
3- Empty cache folder
4- Launch Todoist Windows app
Do not understand how they have been unable to offer a simple solution, and had to be another user who provide after waiting so long.
