Hi,

No updates yet. :-( We're still discussing with our developer to see what other things we can try to resolve the issue.

This is most likely a connection issue and might be related to your proxy configuration or something else. If we have something more specific, I'll post it here.

Again, really sorry for the inconvenience.

Best Regards,

Clyde

Hi Clyde.
It scarcely Proxy problem, because I've been using Todoist for this high since I gave my account.

I have always worked correctly in Outlook and Windows app, we have no proxy in the office.

simply closed session at the end of my work day, and the next day I presented this problem.

today does not work, I returned to uninstall and install Todoist, but the message continues to appear synchronization.

Todoist is validated in the firewall. currently working with the web version, the windows version is not important but if Outlook is important because I work a lot with email. currently sending emails to inbox Todoist but is not the same because the Outlook plugin opens the mail himself.

Thank you.

I have the same issue. Uninstalled and re-installed but not change. To get rid of the popup with the message "Could not sync with Todoist. Please try again later." I need to disable the add-in. X-(

We are running Outlook 2007 and 2010. This only seems to be an issue on 2010. The 2007 versions are working fine.

I've been successfully using ToDoist for Outlook with Outlook 2013 for several weeks. Yesterday I started getting this same "Java Script Alert - https://outlook.todoist.com" error. I thought it was due to yesterday's outage but today, after an uninstall and reinstall I'm getting the same error.

Yes @martoj. I installed the Windows app and have the same problem.

The error message is:

JavaScript Alert - https://win.todoist.com
Could not sync with Todoist. Please try again later.

Even if I go to https://win.todoist.com through Chrome and log in I still can't get in via the Windows app.

In another post Brendon made this suggestion WHICH WORKED FOR ME!

Try logging out of Todoist, heading to this location (while Outlook is closed) and remove all in this folder. %userprofile%\AppData\Local\Todoist\Outlook\Cache

I found this happened when I connected to the wrong Gmail account, and changed my GMail password.

What I found to be missing was a "clear cache" button on todoist that would sort this out.
