IOS app not syncing updated notes with iPad app.

I am using the IOS app on my iPad and sync with the web. I have been entering notes, but the updated notes are not syncing with my iPad. The notes are there, but they do not update. I have tried manual syncing and signing out and back in, but no results. Is there a resolution to this?
