Hi Mohammad,

Can you logging in Todoist under Incognito Mode (CTRL+SHIFT+N)? This way, we can rule out any extensions that might be causing this. If it works, we can then look at your available extensions and check which one might be causing it.

Best Regards,

Clyde

Hi Mohammad,

Incognito Mode is a special mode in Chrome where it disables any extension. This is a great way to see if you have any extension that's causing the problem. Did you try loading it there and did you get the same problem?

If you did get the same issue, I'll try bringing this up to our developer. I just need to know that it's the browser extensions that could be causing it.

Regards,

Clyde

Hello,

Can you also please tell me what OS you are using? (XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8)?

Dear Clyde

I have this problem with chrome browser only and as much as I tried with
chrome, the result is same, With all other browsers, the issues are OK, I
am using windows XP. but the problem is not with OS, because I have no
problem with other browsers.

I did not get what you mean with the loading, When I use chrome I face the
same problem always.

Hi Mohammad,

Unfortunately, Microsoft has recently stopped supporting Windows XP and it may affect many things including new certificates. I'm afraid there's nothing we can do about it on our end :-(

Clyde

Hello!

I had the same problem and tried running it in the Incognito mode, as suggested. There it works fine. So what should I do to have it running also in the 'normal' mode?

Thx for feedback!

Kind regards

Stijn

Hello Stijn,

Please go to Chrome's Advanced Settings -> Content Settings -> All cookies and site data, find "todoist.com"-related entries on this list, delete them, reload the browser and log back in.

Thank you for the quick response!

I did what you said, but after logging in it starts loading endlessly.
After ctrl+F5 I could actually enter the page, but can't do anything else.
Clicking on a topic doesn't do anything. Todoist doesn't respond anymore...

Stijn,

If it works in an Incognito Window, then there are only two reasons why it may not work in a regular window:
- caching issues
- problems with plugins.

If clearing the cache didn't solve it, please make sure that you don't have any ad- or script-blocking plugins that may want to try to block it and if you find the one that's causing this, please whitelist Todoist in it.

Best regards,
David
