Hi,

We can refund your purchase but the process differs depending on how you purchased your premium membership. Here's the 3 different ways to do it:

If you've paid using your Credit Card or Paypal, please provide me the Transaction ID so I process your refund.

If you've purchased the premium membership in the Play Store (Google), you can forward me the Order Number and I can forward it to the correct department for processing.

If you've purchased it from the App Store, you can request the refund directly from Apple and have 70% of your purchase refunded. Unfortunately, Apple does not allow us to process these refunds ourselves.

我没法找到交易编号了,能不能有什么办法查询到已完成任务?

I've paid using my Credit Card,but i can't find my Transaction ID.
Do you have other solutions?
Or Tell me how to view completed tasks?

Hi Phly,

If you are referring to viewing completed tasks in the Android app, you are right that it is not possible yet but you should be able to view them in the web.

As for your transaction ID, can you please check your spam messages or trash to see if it there? Every premium purchase always has one and it could be just a matter of searching.
