Attachments in delegated tasks often set to pending

I have created several tasks in shared folders, delegated them to another member of my team. Every so often, when the team member attempts to open the file, it says "Pending" and they cannot open it. I can always access the shared file, even on multiple platforms but my team member cannot. The problem began last week when you upgraded the attachment feature to include Dropbox, etc.

How did you upload these files? Did you use Google Drive, Dropbox, or directly to Todoist?

Directly to ToDoist from my computer.

Hello Donald,

Is this happening for all of you uploaded attachment? Can you please try uploading the file again and see if that helps?

Can you also give some info about the file like size and the file type?

It is NOT happening on all attachments. When I reupload the file to the same task, my team member still get the same message. The only work around I have found, is to delete the task and then simply create a new one and reupload the file there.

The file type is .pdf. The file size is about 70 KB.

The work around I discovered was to NOT click the add note button UNTIL the file was fully uploaded. That solved the issue for me. It seems like the ToDoist team should gray out the button and make it not clicklable until it can actually add the file.
