Is there any way we can synchronize tasks with a (gmail)calendar and timeschedule?
So that users can see how the projects flows until the deadline? I'm a starter, but I can only see one week ahead of tasks in my summary.
Or do I overlook something?

Hi Andries,

When you refer to timeschedule, are you referring to your tasks? If not, can you please clarify what you're referring to?

Please note that sync to Google Calendar is limited to one a day. This is a Google imposed limitation.

Hello Andries,

You can go to Settings -> General (in Todoist, gear icon at the top) and use the iCal feed at the bottom to show your Todoist tasks in a calendar, please refer to the help video next to the link for more details and to see how it works. You can't import tasks from a calendar to Todoist, though.

As for viewing tasks for more than 7 days, simply type "14 days" or "60 days" into the search bar or save this as a filter.

Best regards,

@Clyde: I meant a kind of Timebar... with a progress in projecttime. To give more an impression that we are starting, halfway, close to the end. Now its more like the rows of Disneyland. You think that around the corner is the start, but no, theres another row of people, and the next...;-)

@David: I'm aware of the calendar, I'll check if it shows 'tasks-dates'. As for showing more days when viewing tasks: I overlooked that option, thanx!!

@Clyde And its a pity that Google doesn't allow more input for tasks. That would be a great option, so collaborators can quick check how loaded their month is with new tasks... ;-)
