Sub-tasks displaying incorrectly

HD

Recently my sub-tasks have started jumping up or down levels.

For example, a list that I entered:

Task 1
>Subtask 1a
>Subtask 1b
>>Subtask 1bi
>>Subtask 1bii
>>Subtask 1bii
>Subtask 1c

now displays as:

Task 1
>Subtask 1a
>Subtask 1b
>Subtask 1bi
>>Subtask 1bii
>>Subtask 1bii
>Subtask 1c

Tasks display this way on both web and android, and logging out and in again doesn't seem to fix it. Help?

Hi Helen,

So it's Subtask 1bi that has moved correct? If you move it back, does it happen again? Is it only this task that is doing it, or was this just an example, are all doing this, as in, more than just that certain sub area (does Subtask 1a do it).

Regards,
Brendon.

Yes, its 1bi in the example that moved.

I've had this problem from time to time, sometimes when I move it back it 'stays' but sometimes not. Also, moving them all back is kind of a drag, as I tend to have 15+ subtasks in a list.

Helen,

So to be clear then, it can be anyone of the sub-tasks, not just a specific one in the list of sub-tasks?

The tasks that do this, is there any details about them that is different then the others, characters in the name, notes, files....type of dates?

Regards,
Brendon.
