Hello Amit,

Please clarify - are you only referring to the Windows app or do both Windows and the web-version not work?

In general, please try to log out (right-click on TD icon in the system tray, for the Windows app), clear your browser's cache and Todoist's offline date, load back in and see if it helps.

the same. accessing the web page before login result in partial loading of the webpage. after login i got only the "TODOIST" title in the top center of the browser and "Loading..." just below. I tried different browsers, different computer and different connection (wifi / 3g).

Any Idea?!?!

Hello Diego,

Please log out, clear your browser's cache and Todoist's offline data, reload the browser and if the issue persists, let us know what browsers did you try.

So far, we can't reproduce this, I've managed to log into different accounts on different browsers with no issues.

Hi David, I already did it on IE,FIREFOX and CHROME but same result for all :(

Diego,

Could you please try to create a new Todoist account and see if you can log into it. Just for testing to confirm if it's a general issue with the login process or a specific issue with the account.

If a new account would work, please tell me - did you import large amounts of tasks into Todoist through TXT templates lately? How many tasks do you have on your account, approximately?

Hello - I have tried on a different computer - using the same version of Internet Explorer and Mozilla FireFox as well - and same results. IT doesn't load - it used to work fine until a day earlier i.e. until Tuesday - and since yesterday i.e. Wednesday the problem has started. Its annoying as its a show stopper and I can't use it at all.
My Internet Explorer version is 8.

well it is now working in Firefox 24.3.0 but still doesn't work in Internet Explorer 8.0. In Internet Explorer it seems to loading forever now.

Hi Amit,

Todoist is built with HTML5 thus it requires a browser that supports it. Have you tried using the latest version of IE?
