Outlook app not syncing

Hi,
Entries in the TodoIst Outlook (2010) app are not syncing with the entries in web (Chrome browser) in use. Latest version of Todoist app installed. Please help X-(

Additional info: Outlook is being used in enterprise environment.

Hello Shantanu,

Please tell me, are changes made in Chrome synced to Outlook or does it not work both ways?

Do you have any anti-virus software or proxies/firewalls in your network that could block our plugin from connecting to our servers?

I cannot get outlook/todoist to automatically sync. I can manually sync, but not automatically.

Ideas?

Hello Mark,

Please tell me, are you in a corporate network which may be behind any additional firewalls, proxies, VPNs? Also, does this happen only in our Outlook plugin or also on the web?

It doesn't sync at work where they might be issues or at home where there are not. I am not sure about web sync...I will check on that. I think it is just the plugin, but I am not sure.
