Long URLs in the task title on Android, on Mac/Web it's shortened

Hello!
When I include some URLs in the task titles on Mac or on a web Todoist (Chrome) they get shortened so I can also write down more description as well as what the task is about.
On my Android this URL is shown in full which makes the task take up several rows of text...
Is this a bug or is there a higher meaning with it that I don't get?
Thanks.

Hi Dragon,

Although we don't support adding a bunch of information to the task title, this is what the notes section is for, I will pass this along and see if it can get resolved.

My point is that if you've made this possible on the Mac and Web TD, why not on Android? Just a naturally curious question.

If the URLs weren't shortened in the task title on Mac/Web or if they weren't clickable at all, then I would think that's incredibly cumbersome to have to do the mouseover in order to see the Notes section icon, then click on it, then click on the URL within the note.

I'm SO happy that TD makes it possible to have the living URL's in task titles, and I adore they're shortened.

I do a lot of web research, I cannot save _everything_ in Evernote through the WebClipper and I don't need to. It's much more efficient to create a bunch of fast tasks in the Inbox and then do the surfing when I have the time. Or, I just go to the Inbox for 2-3 minutes and move everything to the respective projects and so on..

Dragon,

I did pass this to the developers to see if this was forgotten on the Android side or not, and if it can easily be added.

Brendon.

Thank you kindly, Dragan here ;-) although some dragon features wouldn't hurt in life, like making a toast with my breath...oh, Sybil Faulty could do this in the 70's, according to John Cleese/Faulty....
Thank you for such prompt replies!

Dragon,

It should now be changed and act like it does on the desktop versions.

Brendon.

Amazing support and what a prompt fix to this problem.
And it was a problem because it took up almost half of my 4.7" smartphone screen.
Now it's perfect. Thank you!

...and it's Dragan ;-)
