I can't log into Gmail extension using my Google account - like I do with the rest of the TD apps. Any suggestions?
Hi George,What exactly happens when you try to do this? It gives a error message, it just goes back to the log in page? Which browser are you using?Try adding us to the Cookies exception list[*.]todoist.com [*.]cloudfront.net Regards,Brendon.
A blank screen pops up for a second then it goes back to the log in screen. I'll do as you suggest and see if that works. I'm using Chrome.
I added those to the Cookies exception list. It didn't make a difference.
George,Do you have Third Party Cookies enabled though correct? Also, do you have Preview Pane enabled within Gmail Labs?Regards,Brendon.
Got it. Enabling the 3rd party cookies did the trick
Interesting - when I use the vertical or horizontal split the TD button is not visible on messages. If I go to no split - the button is there.Appreciate the help, Brendon!
George,Is this a Gmail setting or another Gmail Labs feature?Regards,Brendon.
its a gmail setting.
George,Can you describe how to turn this feature on and off, so we can test with it and see if we can resolve it.Regards,Brendon.
Brendon,If you click the drop down (see attached) in the upper right of the main gmail screen you get 3 choices- No Split- Vertical Split- Horizontal SpitWith No Split selected - all the TD stuff works - you can see the Send to TD button at the top of an opened message. There is no TD button in the message with either of the other two choices.Does that help? Thanks

George,I do not see that in my Gmail. I think that may be a Gmail Labs feature. Now our extension does not work properly when using the labs feature "Preview Pane". This might actually be how Preview Pane works, I just did not know it had options like that.If that is Preview Pane, sadly we can't do anything about it. As our extension uses the IDs of the messages, and Preview Pane changes this/blocks it.Regards,Brendon.
