In a team of 3, 2 of us received the test SMS (in Settings > Reminders), but 1 person doesn't receive it. What's going on?

Please ask the person who hasn't received it to go to Settings -> Reminders, edit their number and while they're in edit mode:
1. Make sure the phone number is set like this: +123465798 - including a plus sign, the country code and no spaces or dashes.
2. Choose international as their location/provider.
3. Select one of the Canadian hosts from the "Number to send from" drop-down menu.
You could repeat point 3 with all three available hosts and see which one works.
