Sync issues with native Mac app, iPhone add and iPad app

When adding tasks on either the native Mac app or on the iPad app or on the iPhone app, I always have to log out on the other apps and log back in to make the sync work and receive the new tasks.
Is there a fix for this issue ? I don't want to have to log out and log in every time...
I'm using my GMail account to authenticate.

Thanks.

Kind regards.

Hello Dieter,

Please clarify, the sync doesn't work when you make a change on the Mac app and you can't see them on iOS, or if you make a change on iOS, it doesn't update on Mac? Or both ways?

Assuming that it's an issue on iOS' side (as we've got a few other reports about it), please try to delete and reinstall the iOS app on all your iOS devices and let me know if it helps.

Best regards,
David

Hello David,

it happens both ways, so updating from Mac and not seeing the tasks on iOS, but also updating on iOS and not seeing the tasks on Mac.

Kind regards,
Dieter.

Dieter,

Please confirm, did you try to delete and reinstall the app on your iOS devices? Even if the sync doesn't work correctly both ways, knowing if reinstalling the iOS app works would be helpful.

Best regards,
David

Hello David,

Yesterday I reinstalled the apps on my iPhone and iPad and tried to add tasks several times today.
It seems to work now...

Thanks for your assistance.

Kind regards,
Dieter.
