Problems/questions needing help not in your web pages help sections

LE

I have been Todoist premium for quite a while, but this does not show on my desk top (mac), which is a terrific hassle. And how do I get all my tasks to show up (literally all of them, non "7 days" many of my tasks are not dated (GTD style) --and the 7 day limit is a problem. Also, is there any direct technical support for Todoist premium people? Right now I'm limited to using todoist on chrome.

Hi Lynn,

Try signing out of each location and then back in again, that should make sure it's all updated to Premium. Our main support is here, we also send out emails when you first make the purchase which your able to ask questions from as well.

Using "view all" in the search box (or saving as filter) shows you all tasks.

Regards,
Brendon.

I logged out as suggested, then logged back in and now BOTH the chrome web
based Todoist AND my desk top Todoist are telling me I have to purchase
premium. So what do I do next?

Also, in addition since I can't get into labels, there is no place on the
menu to "show all" on either web based or desktop. The just have the
options up to 7 days.

Ok, that was the problem --I was signing in from my aol account. So now --I
can get the "all" from the filters --but it shows by projects, and instead
i need it to show all by contexts (which are set up under category "labels"
--I'm a GTDer. So how do I do that? Sorry to be so dumb here

Lynn,

Searching for or adding a filter for "view all" will display all your tasks. There is no way to currently sort this view by labels. It's done by project, and whichever the projects are sorted by.

We will look into improving this in the future.

Regards,
Brendon.

Thanks Brendon. You're getting a lot of really good "press" on our linked
in GTD group, and I decided to seriously try Todoist out (I got it quite a
while ago, don't remember when i moved to Premium, and then flaked on my
trial. That said, since I can't "see all" by contexts, I probably can't
deal with it right now. I've been on Omnifocus for some years -but what I
particularly like with your program was the way it sits right there in my
gmail, it's so fast to get an email on it. Anyway, I am sure you're getting
new people --as I said there is great press right now, someone even asked
if Todoist would be the new Evernote [?] today or yesterday-- so maybe you
will develop the capacity to "view all" by "contexts" --I'm keeping you on
my email etc., and when you get that happening, I'm sure you'll send out
word. Meanwhile thanks for helping me today with these small issues that
were bothering me. Maybe I could use your "project" category as "contexts"
and the "filter" category as "projects" and then when I asked for see all I
would get all the tasks by context, only they would be called (in your
program) "projects" --oh you get what I mean.

Anyway thanks again for your help, it's much appreciated, a problem that
has perplexed me is resolved. Hey where are you working out of anyway
(city? country?). Just curious.

Lynn,

Yes you could do it that way and it would work but we understand it's not ideal.

I myself am in Canada, Ottawa. We are all over the place though.

Thanks,
Brendon.

It was just a day ago (the comment about Todoist becoming the new
