iPhone Sync no longer works after update

This morning after the iOS update I noticed my phone isn't syncing, though it says it is. I logged out and logged back in and it updated, but testing it proved that the in-app refresh is not updating my lists. (I created a test task on the web app and it didn't sync until I logged out again. When I marked the test task as complete on my phone, it was instantly synced to my desktop so the outgoing sync appears to work.)

Looks like there's a bug in the update, please fix as soon as possible!!

Please tell me which version of iOS are you running? Can you un-install the app, and re-install and tell me if the issue persists.

Looks like reinstalling fixed it, thanks. Now the sync is almost instantaneous, which is quite impressive.

I'm on the latest update of iOS 7.

I am running in to the same problem. iOS 7.1.1 I tried to uninstall and re-install now there are NO TASKS on my iPhone. Help Please

Ivan,

Were you online when you added tasks before un-installing? Also, are you sure you didn't sign into another account?

The app would not sync changes I made on the desk top & web interface in chrome. I deleted tasks and added tasks that the iPhone would not update. This was before the uninstall/reinstall. Upon reinstall I logged in and tried to sync and nothing come in to the iPhone

I only have i account that I know of

Ivan,

So the tasks you are missing are on the web version correct? Well after a re-install or even just logging out it should be working. I can't reproduce this issue.

My IOS version won't sync reliably either. Today it didn't have any of the changes I had made in the Windows version. I had to log out and log back in which solved the problem. I had the same issue yesterday which was also solved by the log out/log in route.

Incidentally, the changes I made in Windows didn't show on the web in Chrome either. I had to log out and log in there as well to get it to synchronize.

After resetting my password and logging in/out I now have access.
