Outlook and Web app not syncing with Windows app

KR

The due dates on my Outlook add-in and web app are not up to date with what I am seeing on my Mac and Windows app. I am a premium subscriber, and have refreshed the view in all of these multiple times. The Outlook, web and Windows app are all being used on the same user account on the same machine.

Thanks,
Kyle Ross

Hello Kyle,

So, to clarify - the Windows and Mac apps show the latest correct state and when you also have Todoist opened on the web on the same computer, whenever you make a change on Windows and Mac, you don't see it syncing instantly to the web?

Please try to log out and back in on the web and through the Outlook plugin and let me know if the issue persists.

Best regards,
David

Mac and Windows are different computers. I did what you said and logged out
and in on the Windows machine from

1. gmail add-in
2. chrome browser accessing Todoist on a webpage
3. outlook add-in
4. chrome extension

Everything seemed to work okay after logging in, except for the chrome
browser accessing Todoist. I was obviously logged in because the Karma
score was correct, and the completed tasks could be accessed from the Karma
page, but all of the projects, tasks, labels and filters were gone.

Kyle,

Did you ever (or usually) use the Chrome extension and the web-app on Chrome simultaneously? If so, this could cause some sync issues sometimes since the update we push when changes are made may be processed by the browser just for one of them as both share the same session.

Please try to go to Chrome's Advanced Settings -> Content Settings -> All cookies and site data, search for Todoist and delete all Todoist-related data. Then reload Chrome and log in only on the web and let me know if the issue persists.

Best regards,
David

That seemed to fix the problem. I'll let you know if it happens again.
