I followed your steps and I can click the Dropbox link. Can you please try opening up a new tab and load Todoist in it to see if that helps?
Also, do you have any Chrome extensions installed? You can try loading Todoist in Incognito Mode (CTRL + SHIFT + N) so we can rule out any Chrome extensions that might be messing with the Dropbox link as this mode disabled most if not all extensions. Let me know how it goes.
Please try to log out, clear the browser's cookies, reload the browser and log back in.
We have made some changes in the backend and the Dropbox link issue should be fixed now.
