Sharing tasks via added e-mails

Hi,

I have added e-mails using ToDoist Chrome Extension App and shared these with my colleague, however my colleague can't access these e-mails which I've added when he clicks them.

Is there any way around this?

Hi Mari,

No, there isn't any real way around this. You could give access to your email account, but even then, this causes issues when signing into these accounts from different locations.

You could email a project instead which may work for you. https://todoist.com/blog/2013/01/zero-inbox-policy-with-todoist/

Hi, I just posted this question (titled "Sharing tasks via added e-mails"), however somehow I've now lost my account. I have signed myself back in but lost all the data and premium status.

Please could you let me know what I could do?

Kind Regards,
Mari

Mari,

What exactly were you doing when this occurred? Did you sign out? Do you normally use Google to sign in our a pass/email combination?

Regards,
Brendon.

Hi,

Apologies for this. It turned out to be some sort of glitch; it's allowed me to sign back in after I closed the window completely and tried again.

Thank you for the previous advise on e-mail task sharing. It would be fantastic if there was another way to share particular e-mails however for the time being, I'll simply forward the relevant e-mails.

Thank you again.

Kind Regards,
Mari
