iPhone App not updating properly

I do a lot of work with Todoist using my web browser at work. I create lists of errands to run, etc. so I expect my iPhone app to update with the new tasks I've created and to remove the tasks that I completed and marked off in my browser.

However, new tasks are NOT appearing in the app correctly and really old tasks that i completed MONTHS ago ARE appearing in the app. It's gotten to the point that I don't even use the app because nothing is accurate.

I signed up as a paid user in November and for the most part I was satisfied, until I realized that the syncing across all platforms was not actually happening correctly.

Hi Alison,

Are you updated to the latest version of out App? We are aware of some syncing issues that should get resolved soon, in the next update. Please also try signing out of the app and back in again.

Have the same issue. The only way to remedy it is to uninstall/reinstall app and login afresh. After which the issue continues. As old tasks accrue, they stay visible in the iOS app even though they've been completed. And yes, I'm using the current version of the app and up to date with iOS. iPhone 5, if that matters.

Gaz,

We will be releasing 8.3 soon, which we hope will resolve all remaining issues. I am not 100% on when this will happen (as Apple can take time to approve) but it should be soon.
