There is an error message when checking comparison between base and premium. Error message is "Unknown error happened: unsupported format character '/' (0x2f) at index 1"

Language setting on my Windows 7 is Traditional Chinese.And I confirmed the issue is caused by language setting.On my iPhone (which can switch language setting soonest) and use Safari, yes, I can see the comparison webpage without issue after language set to English.When language switch to Traditional Chinese and still use Safari, the same error appeared when open comparison webpage.Hoping you can fix this issue, thanks.
