Hi Bruce,

Where did you see the error? Can you share the URL link here? Was it within the app itself?

Regards,

Clyde

Hi Todoist Support,

I found that error on https://todoist.com/compareVersions
That URL can be found on bottom of https://todoist.com/premium

I tested on Internet Explorer 10 and Firefox 24.2.0 and showed the same error on both.

Hello Bruce,

Unfortunately, we can't reproduce this error (we don't see such message anywhere). Please let us know if you're using Todoist in English and if not, what other language are you using?

Best regards,
David

Hi Todoist Support,

Thanks for your prompt reply. Language setting on my Windows 7 is Traditional Chinese.
And I confirmed the issue is caused by language setting.

On my iPhone (which can switch language setting soonest) and use Safari, yes, I can see the comparison webpage without issue after language set to English.
When language switch to Traditional Chinese and still use Safari, the same error appeared when open comparison webpage.

Hoping you can fix this issue, thanks.
