Todoist not syncing between iPhone & iPad. Syncs to laptop just fine.

Hi Jan,

To be clear, things added on iOS do not sync to the Laptop, or the other way around, or both?

Which version of our app and iOS are you running?

My Todoist syncs between my iPhone & iMac Pro laptop but does not sync to my iPad Mini.

Not sure how to find out what version I am using on my iPhone & iPad Mini but I keep both up-to-date. On my computer I am running 4.1.5.

Hope this is clear.

Hello Jan,

Please make sure that you're logging into the same account on every device. According to our database, you have 2 Todoist accounts, one with your AOL address and one with your Gmail address. Using both will not sync data between them across devices.

I see what I did wrong but when I went into my account on my iPad & tried to change the e-mail address to match my laptop & iPhone it won't let me.
An error message comes up saying Email already registered. So how do I change it to match?

Jan,

You don't have to change the email address of any account. Instead, please log into the same account on every platform. That said, log out from Todoist on your iPad and then log back in, this time using the same email address as on the other platforms. Note - use the login option not the sign-up option.
