Completed Tasks / Productivity Time Frame

WH

Hi, is there a time period associated with the "# completed" note on the top right of the web application?

I noticed that my completed task count dropped significantly over night.

A happy user, more tempted to go premium every day. :-)

Hi William,

Are you referring to your karma points? The number increases or decreases based on your activity. For example, if you a task that's more than 4 days overdue, that would decrease your points by 9.

How big if the difference?

Clyde

Hi Clyde,

No - I'm referring to the "# completed" note which exists beside the settings cog on the main web app. page.

Yesterday this read approximately 35/40 completed - now it is only 13. Even though I haven't unchecked any tasks since.

Is this any clearer?

Thanks,

William

Hi William,

Sorry for the misunderstanding. I currently have the Karma option turned on which explains why I couldn't see the "# completed" note that you were referring to. I do see it now that I have Karma Points disabled.

The behaviour you're reporting is indeed a weird one. Without seeing what the completed tasks are, it would be difficult to determine if some weird issue is at play here.

May I suggest upgrading to a Premium account? Premium users have the ability to see what tasks comprises the completed list so we can check if there's really indeed an issue with the list.

Please note that we offer a 30 day refund guarantee. As long as you make your purchase through a credit card or Paypal, we should be able to process you're refund right away. Of course, we hope you'll find the Premium features to be more productive. :-)

Best Regards,

Clyde

Hi Clyde,

No problem - I should have mentioned that I disabled Karma!

Well I was planning on upgrading at some point, I guess this might speed up that process! Thanks for the help anyway.
