Hello Juan,

Please tell me:
- What version of our app are you using?
- What version of Android are you using?
- Are you using any custom ROMs?
- Are you using any task killer apps?
- Are you logging in through Google or manually?

Best regards,
David

- Are you logging in through Google or manually? Manually

I had it working for 2 weeks, never had problems. I updated several tasks at once and it stopped. My phone is a Samsung S4

Juan,

Do you remember any details about the last update you did? What change did you make to how many tasks? Also, did you use the web-app to import a large number of tasks at once? And how many tasks do you have in total on your account (approximately)?

Best regards,
David

I have about 100 hundred tasks. I selected around 20 tasks and tried to change the date from yesterday to today in the android app.

Juan,

Unfortunately, I can't reproduce this issue. Please try to access todoist.com log in, go to Settings -> Account, use the "Issue new API token" link and then try to log in on Android and see if it works.

Best regards,
David

Hi David,

I used the "Issue new API token" and I could use the application; however after the first change of date of a task the app stopped working. Tried to use the "Issue new API token" option again but did not work.

I think the app finds differences from my android app and the database and forces to shut.

Any other advice on how to make it work on my Android?

Juan,

The app is designed to correctly handle any differences between the database and the local cache and sync them according to their unique timestamps. Unfortunately, there's nothing else I can suggest at this point :-( I can't reproduce it, but I've passed it to our developers and we'll look into it.

Best regards,
David
