Sorting in 'Label' view

MF

Hi,
First of all let me say, I love todoist. It is so pure so elegant so awesome, so thank you :).

My issue is regarding the order in which tasks appear in the 'label's view. So for instance I have added 10 tasks today in no particular order. All of the tasks are added in the inbox with 'Work' label. Then I rearrange those tasks in my Inbox in the way I want them to appear. When I switch to 'Label' view and select Work label they are displayed in order sorted by due date, that's good but I ordered them in Inbox based on due date but I want them to appear in order my choice i.e. if two tasks a and b are due tomorrow, sometimes I want task b to appear ahead of a and vice versa, that's how I arrange them in my Inbox; the same isn't reflected in label view. Is it possible to fix this or is this intentional behaviour please help, because this is crucial to my workflow.
Thanx for bearing with such a verbose issue. I hope you guys fix this for me ;).

Hello Mitesh,

Unfortunately, that's not possible. Search results will always be automatically sorted by priority, due date, due time and grouped by project. Then, they may be ordered by the unique ID of the task, but they will not maintain the order you set in a project. Only within the project, you can be sure that your tasks will stay as you leave them there.

Best regards,
David
