Je souhaite être remboursé de mon abonnement premium comme mentionné sur votre site.
La synchro des pièces jointes ne fonctionne pas sur iPad.
Cela n'est mentionné nulle part sur le site et rend l'utilité des pièces jointes absurde !

In order to process your refund, we will need the transaction ID of your purchase. If you can let me know what exact issues you are running into with the attachments in the iPad app, I might be able to help you out if you want.

Hi Cédric,

How did you pay for your premium account? Is it through credit card or Paypal? Please see below on how the transaction number looks like for each type of payment:

Example transaction ID for credit card: ch_4B9SiKtXN54Yaz
Example transaction ID for Paypal: 6EY91824KJ069734J

These are just examples but they should look like that, depends on how you paid. You should be able to find this on your email receipt after your purchase.
