iOS subtasks

AT

Hello guys,

First of all I'd like to congratulate you for the fantastic app/service you guys provide. I am very glad to be a premium user, as Todoist is by far the best to-do app I ever found.

I'd like to know about the sub tasks issue on iOS devices (sub tasks doesn't proper appear under their main tasks on both iPhone and iPad apps as they do in Mac version). I've seen around the web many users complaining about this since a few months ago and I know for sure that you are trying to fix this. Do you have any idea of when this issue will be fixed?

Thank you very much for the attention and have a great Easter!

Best regards,

Alan

Hi Alan,

It's good to hear that you are enjoying your Todoist experience. :-) As for the iOS subtask issue, unfortunately we can't give out an ETA right now. Rest assured that we are aware of the feedback that our customers give us and read each reply.

If you find the suggestion that best describes the feature that you are looking for in the votebox, I suggest that you vote for it as that will be a great indicator of the demand of that feature.

Best regards,

Clyde

Thanks, Alan alants@live.com

Hello Alan,

Unfortunately, we can't offer you a partial refund, but you can actually extend your Premium time by another year by taking advantage of the current promotion (even though you're already Premium).

Best regards,
David

I am disappointed that I can't view subtasks on the Today or Next 7 Days screens on iOS. These are the main interfaces I use for Todoist, but to get to my subtasks, I actually have to navigate over to the project the parent item is in. This is very clumsy.
