I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and nothing helps-- still can't see todoist in outlook
Hi Chad,You see a blank window, a black window or something else. This is a known issue that we are looking into. Can you let me know some details about the system you are using, which Outlook version and anything else.Regards,Brendon.
Thanks for the quick response. I was able to fix it. For some reason the addin was disabled by Outlook. If it happens again— I will check that immediately.
