mac and web platforms: project edit (context) menu is misaligned in some cases

D

How to reproduce:
1) open a project with a lot of todos (so the area with todo items list can be scrolled)
2) click the dots next to any project to bring up project context menu
3) without closing the context menu scroll the area on the right (todo list). The context menu will move together with the scrollable area.
4) after you scroll right area far enough, close the context menu and open a context menu for any other project. It will be misaligned as well.

So the context menu is properly aligned only if the right area (todo list) is scrolled all way to the top.
