Windows task bar app - wont enlarge/open

I have installed the windows app on my Windows 8 system and added it to the bottom task bar.

When i click to open it, it wont enlarge or show me the To do list. I have to fife about with the show hide controls.

I expect that when i click to open the app it just opens, without me having to waste more time clicking other buttons enlarge or show the screen????

Any suggestion???

Cheers

Hi Jonathan,

Please note that closing the app by pressing the red "x" button does not closes it but minimizes it in the system tray. This is the expected behaviour and there's currently no way to change as of now. Feel free though to suggest it in the votebox https://todoist.com/Vote/.

Hello,

Just to clarify - although this is the default behavior, you can actually configure it once you have the app installed and running.

To do so, right-click on the TD icon in the system tray, go to Configurations and here you can choose to make the app quit upon close and not hide to the tray (this will disable the global keyboard shortcuts, though)

Best regards,
David
