Empty Todoist panel in Outlook

OP

Dear Sirs,

I have empty Todist panel in my Outlook without any tasks visible.
I have already made a lot of things:
- reinstall Todoist several times
- restated Windows 7 several times
- erased Cache of Todoist in Appdata\Local\Todosit folder
- erased all files containing "Todoist" in their names (.config, .DLL, .pf)
and still nothing of the above helped.

One more comment: this happened after NFS checkdisk when during booting Windows automatically erased all indexes and some DLL files.

Please, help.

I can still access my account through web and iPhone app.

Hi Ondrej,

Do you have any anti-virus installed in your computer? Can you please try checking if you can whitelist todoist.com in it?

Regards,

Clyde

John,

To be clear, the panel is blank? This is a known issue that we are looking into, but have yet had luck in doing so.

Regards,
Brendon.

Dear Clyde,

I tried to put todoist on the Antivirus whitelist but it did not change anything.

I then decided to stop Antivirus, even after that panel is still grey and empty ...

Regards,

Ondrej
