Notes Disappearing

After logging in, notes do appear, but if the page is closed and re-opened, the notes disappear until I log out and back in.

Using: Safari on Mac

Hi,

Does this occur in any other browser? Were these notes added on the web, or do you have a mobile device as well?

I've tried Firefox (Mac) and so far it seems to be holding the notes, which may suggest it's only Safari.
All notes were added via web (some via email and some manual entry into the site).

Please try clearing the cache for Safari, and let me know if the issue continues for it.

Hi,

I can't reproduce this. Do you have any extensions/plugins installed for Safari? Which version of Safari & OSX are you running?

No extensions or plugins, Safari 7.0.3, OS X 10.9.2

Update - new notes seem to be holding. It's just the notes from before the bug was reported (pre-April) that disappear until log out/log back in.

Well, I'd suggest re-doing those notes. As everything we have done to test this, does not result in this happening.

Hi,

We will continue to look into it, though it would appear to be an issue relating to Safari, as you said, it does not affect anything else. To me it seems to be a visual glitch, its possible it's a setting within Safari, but I can't think of anything that would cause our site a problem.
