Starting from this morning, the Windows app can no longer open Outlook items. Outlook plugin still works.
I'm using Outlook 2013 on Windows 8.1.
Hi Kris,To be clear, you add at email as a task in Outlook. You can then use the Windows App and click the link, it opens Outlook.Now, that does not happen? Did you change anything on your system, settings, new apps, network changes? Did you move the email to another location in Outlook?Regards,Brendon.
Hi Brendon,Your description is correct. I add a task within the Outlook plugin, click on it in the plugin, it opens the email.I click the task in Windows app, nothing happens.I didn't change anything, this happened this morning when I came to office.I don't use folders in Outlook so they're all in inbox.
Kris,I can't seem to reproduce this issue. Please try logging out of the app and back in again. Are you sure no one at the work has changed something, network related, or browser settings?Regards,Brendon.
Hi Brendon,No, the only thing I did was I purchased the premium subscription then restarted my computer. No one changed anything.

Hi Brendon,I tried that as well, doesn't work.I think it might be the "helper" it calls to open the windows is failing.Do you have some technical instructions on how I can check it?
Kris,The helper file would cause the entire Todoist to be having issues, not just opening of links, as far as I know. Though I will pass this along to see if the developers can think of anything. Can I ask why you believe this to be the issue?Can you try re-installing the app, does anything change after doing so?Regards,Brendon.
