Master Lists as subset of a Task - Check/Uncheck

T

Does this allow you to keep master lists?
Ie. A shopping list that you can create in a specific order relevant to the aisles in your local shop.

You select the items needed off of a pre-entered list so that only those items appear as being "toDo"...and then when you have bought them you uncheck them as an item that has been purchased and it then disappears.

There is an app called Reverse Checklist that does it, its just selecting from a list that you enter once.

Hi Tania,

I'll try my best to answer your question so please let me know if I have misunderstood something. ;-)

Yes, it does. You can create projects and under that will be your tasks/items. You can sort, re-order, and prioritize your items as needed.

> You select the items needed off of a pre-entered list so that only those items appear as being "toDo"...
You can do this two ways. 1.) You can create a new project, say "Today's Grocery list", and add item in it manually or moved it from other projects. 2.) Or you can export your list as a template based on your master list and import it on your newly create project and just removed the ones that you don't need. Please note though that importing/exporting tasks is PREMIUM only feature.

> ...then when you have bought them you uncheck them as an item that has been purchased and it then disappears
Tasks (at least, level 1 tasks) will disappear out from your list once checked off. They'll show up on the bottom of the list.

Please let me know if you have further questions or if you want me to elaborate something.
