Can someone please contact me - this app is not syncing

I just purchased the premium version of this app - and it is not working.

1. Not working on the web
2. Not syncing to my Samsung Galaxy Note 3 phone
3. Not updating tasks and reminders on google calendar

I have read all of the videos and followed the instructions.

Please help!

Hello Cathy,

Please clarify - how exactly is it not working on the web? You can't log in? You see error messages? The browser hangs? Any details you could provide would be much appreciated.

Reg. Android sync, make sure you're logged into the same account using the same credentials and login method on all platforms. If you are, please let me know what Android and Todoist version are you using and if you add one new test task on tehe web and on Android does it sync only one way or both ways?

As for Google Calendar, unfortunately Google refreshes iCal feeds only once a day and there's nothing we can do about it on our end :-(
