Sync failure MAC

To dos are syncing between iPhone and iPad - but not with the Mac app. I've tried forcing sync on all platforms.

Hi James,

Please try the following:

1. Make sure that you are using the correct login credentials. (You probably are already but just wanted to be sure. ;-D)
2. Have tried logging in and out of the Mac App? Did that help?
3. Try downloading the latest version (4.1.5) of our Mac App in here http://todoist.com/mac and reinstall it.

Please let me know if any of the three help resolve the issue or not so I can further assist you.

Hi Clyde,

I don't mean TOTAL sync failure - i.e. - the mac version will have all earlier todos and lists present and correct - but if I update on the iOS app - it doesn't update on the Mac app (version 4.1.5 (147).

Closing and restarting the app does update the sync - but I'd rather not have to do that every time I want to sync. I'll try reinstalling - and let you know.

Hello James,

You are right. Restarting or closing the app is not an ideal way to resolve the issue. It is possible that problem might not be with the Mac app at all. Please do let me know how it goes so I can assist you further if needed.
