Can't get task to appear in today

S

My tasks for today have moved to tomorrow. I try and reset this, even without adding a reminder. It reverts to yesterday or tomorrow.

I have a feeling this is something to do with daylight saving but that doesn't end for Sydney, Australia until 12midnight tonight (Sun 6 April).

I'm sending this message on Saturday 5 April @ 13:08.

Please fix.

Tks.

Hello,

Please confirm if you're still experiencing these issues and have the correct time zones selected on your devices and Todoist Settings (and if logging out and back in helps).

Best regards,
David

I have a task that is consistently sending me reminders on my phone. I finally tracked it down and ticked completed but this hasn’t alleviated the problem.

I don’t appear to be having any further issues with the date. Yes, the timezone is correct on all my devices. We here in Australia are pretty good at that!

Suz,

Unfortunately, we can't reproduce this issue under any other circumstance than an incorrect time zone. Please note that Todoist may suggest you to change the zone to one that's shifted based on DST. Please try to pick one of the zones from the bottom of the list - the ones without a city attach to them and see if it helps.

Best regards,
David

The time issue is sorted now. Probably a DST glitch that rectified itself after Sydney reverted back to GMT +10.

It’s my other issues but I’ve posted these elsewhere in Todoist support/help.
