Corrupt recurring task. Can't complete & crashes iOS app.

MW

I created a recurring task (ev 20, 1) which was fine. The task is now 3 days overdue and when I try to interact with it in any way it either ignores the action or crashes the app (iOS).

Additional Detail:
In the web interface, if I right click on the task it is ignored.
If I click the checkbox to complete it just hangs with the icon showing it is trying to do something, but never completes.
When I refresh the task is still there, uncompleted.

In the iOS app, when I try to complete it, the app crashes.

thx.
Mark

Hi Mark,

It's look like that this is issue being caused by your due date (ev 20,1). This is not supported. What exactly are trying to do with the due date so I can suggest alternatives.

Clyde

I wanted the task to recur every 20th and every 1st of each month.

Also, if not supported, surely it should be validated and rejected....?

Hi Mark,

You are right. I have already reported the syntax to our developers.

As for the alternative due dates, the only way we can do this right now would be to create two separate tasks with due dates for "ev 1" and "ev 20".

Clyde
