Tasks don't hold their order.

MC

I use on both android, iOS, and web. Mainly web.

I re-order all my tasks, I see the list being sync'd and all looks okay. I then refresh the page, and the order is all LOST!

Why is it doing this?

Hi Matt,

Try logging out and logging back again and try to check if the issue persist. If this doesn't work, can you please provide me the following info:

1. Which view are using when you're sorting the tasks? (E.g. project, todays' view, 7 days view)
2. Can you please let me know what browser you are using and what version?

Please not that when you are sorting, pressing the letter "p" is the shortcut for sorting tasks by priority.

Regards,

Clyde

Unfortunately, it's re-ordered my tasks again. This is not a one off occurrence today, happens daily to me. Only raising as an issue today.

I log in and out daily. I can log out now and log back in, but the order will not come back.

I am using latest Chrome 33.0.1750.154 (updates automatically), and I am looking at "today, overdue", so not within a project but in the agenda view (if you would call it that).

What is shortcut P? I do not seem to get any action when pressing that.

Hi Matt,

Unfortunately, I can't replicate the issue that you are experiencing. Does it re-order the tasks right away?

Can you maybe give me a list of steps to replicate the issue?

Pressing 'p' should re-orders tasks by priority.

Clyde
