Numerous re-installations have failed. Simply no response when selecting shortcut. Shows as 'AppCrash'
Hello Owen,Unfortunately, we can't reproduce this. Please tell me - does the app already run in the background when you try to launch it again? By default, it will hide to the system tray upon closing and you can reopen it by either double-clicking on the tray icon or using the shortcut Ctrl+Alt+T.Also, you've said there's no response and then that it shows as AppCrash - where exactly does it show it. Does it crash or not respond, or not respond and then crash?Best regards,David
So long as it remains in the system tray it seems to work but I would have thought it could also run from the desktop shortcut (which it does not) - thanksSent from Windows Mail
Owen,You can configure that. If you right-click on the tray icon, you can go to "Configuration" and set it to quit upon close. This will allow you to always open it through the desktop shortcut, but please note that since it won't run in the tray, the global desktop shortcuts won't be active.Best regards,David
