When i set a Reminder, the Push Notification correctly arrives, but when I click on snooze, I don't have the next reminder!
Hi,We are looking into this issue right now, sorry for the trouble.RegardsBrendon.
I'm experiencing the same thing with Android v4.4.2. Looking forward to your update. :)
Hello, has there been any success with finding a solution to this issue?
Hello,We're very sorry for the inconvenience and the delays, this will be addressed in the next update which will be available soon.Best regards,David
Can you provide any new information on this issue? Will an update be coming soon?
Hello,Unfortunately not, but as soon as we have any updates, we'll publish them right-away.Best regards,David
I got the latest update when it was released (a week ago, I think?). The snooze is still not working.I liken this to an alarm clock with a snooze button that doesn't work, thus making it likely to oversleep and be late for work. I'm not saying I'm using Todoist to wake me up, but it's so helpful to remind users when to do something at a later time without having to refer to the main list. Can this be corrected soon?
Hi,There has been a few updates since, can you confirm you are having the exact same issue as the original post still?Regards,Brendon.
Yes, I hit snooze and I do not get another reminder. I almost always set a time to my tasks, so I only get one notification for those.
Hi,I will pass this along but make sure you are indeed updated to the latest version of our app. Regards,Brendon.
Thanks. I'm at version 4.0. And there's no update button in Google Play. Android 4.4.2.
Hi.- What's the snooze duration you have chosen??- Did you snooze more than one reminder? (There's a bug in 4.0 in which things won't work with multiple notifications)- Did the reminder disappear from the task when you snoozed it?Regards,Brendon.
1. I have it set to 15 min. 2. To narrow it down, I created a task to test on and set the notification to 0 min. It notified me at the designated time, but upon snoozing it, it never reminded me again. I tested this a couple of times and only had the one task set to notify me. 3. Yes, after the first notification, I snoozed it and it disappeared from the notification screen.
Hi,Thanks for the information I have passed this along to the developer.Regards,Brendon.
2 months later and the issue is still not addressed. This was working before april, why is so hard to fix it ?
Hi,The original issue was resolved, but it has re-appeared. We are looking into this.Regards,Brendon.
I've seen the recent updates on Google Play and the announcement for your business version. Does this mean time has opened up to focus on this critical issue?
Hi,We were always looking into it, and yes, I suppose it will give us more time. Sorry for the delay.Regards,Brendon.
Could you provide a status on this please? I sense that maybe this isn't a widespread issue for your users or it would have been solved by now. I understand that. But other users like myself continue to deal with a product that's not running on all cylinders, so to speak. Please let me know if you require additional information to work out a solution. Thank you.
Hi,I brought it up to the devs again to see what the status is, there is an update coming soon that could have this within it, though not 100%.Regards,Brendon.
Hi,It should be fixed in the new version 5.2.Regards,Brendon.
Thanks for doing this!I've been giving it a try since updating earlier this week and so far, so good. :-)
When can we expect Snooze in iOS app?
Hi Grega,It looks like Apple has added that feature (snoozing push notification) in iOS 8 and we'll look into making it possible in the future.Regards,Clyde
