Notifications/Reminders not working properly?

As of this morning, I've been unable to receive an notifications/reminders for any tasks. Note: My main Todoist settings specify no emails and all mobile device notifications.

To troubleshoot, I've attempted to:
-Uninstall/Reinstall iPhone and iPad Todoist Apps
-Toggle notifications on/off in both Todoist app and main iOS Notification Center settings
-Create new tasks with mobile and email notifications at task time, 10 minutes before, and 1 hour before.

It was all to no avail—no reminders are being sent for any tasks via either mobile notification or email.

Please help.

Hi Artem,

Please tell me, which version of iOS are you running? We are having some issues with reminders at this time and are looking into it.

Regards,
Brendon.

Artem,

Thanks. We hope to find a solution soon. For now, if you head to Todoist.com's settings page, and go to Reminders, does the Test Push Notification work?

Regards,
Brendon.

Copy-and-paste from that screen:

Push notifications:You haven't registered any device with push notifications support

Though I should clarify that the device list immediately beneath that message mentions my iPhone and iPad!

I'm having the same issues with both my Android tablet and iPhone 4S. Is there any update on the progress for fixing this issue?

I'm also having another issue where when I do get a reminder, sometimes it will keep repeating the reminder all day long even though I've marked the task completed. Is there a way to get them to stop?

Hi Peter,

Can you tell which scenario it doesn't work? Can you give me some steps to replicate the issue?

Hi!

Well...

1. Create new task in Mac OS application
2. Set some due time
3. Edit reminders
3.1. Delete default one (30 minutes, it'll be very good if it can be edited)
3.2. Set new one: 0 minutes before due time, mobile notifications

On due time there is no notifications on mobile devices and notification on my laptop. No notifcations from calendar (after exporting tasks as calendar).
And, mostly disturbing, the task becomes red (overdue) after refresh.

I understand, that in order to save money there is no native application for Mac or Win, and you use a browser version in custom window. But you should just try to implement all possible types of notifications using operation system APIs. Especially Mac's one - it has an excellent notification center.

Hello Peter,

Please tell me, does this only happen if you do this through Mac app or can you reproduce this also in any browser?

David

Hello, David.

This happens when I create a task via any browser or app.

However, I guess I've found a problem - notifications won't ring in case of 0 minutes before due time, any other time - notifications come to both devices.

Yet, it would be nice to somehow integrate Mac application's notifications into Notification Center.

Thanks!

Hi Peter,

I tried setting up a relative reminder set to 0 minutes before time and it just worked fine. Can you give me the exact setup that you use so I can try and replicate it? Does the problem happen every time?
