Hi Chris,

Please try clearing the data for the app (from Android Settings). Also, which version of Android are you running, and version of our app?

Regards,
Brendon.

Chris,

I am not able to reproduce this issue. Please try removing the app from your device, rebooting, then re-installing from the Play Store.

Are you rooted or any custom ROMs?

Regards,
Brendon.

It was working this morning after I turned on my phone.

I did not try to remove the app yesterday

All my data was still there – it wasn’t erased even though I performed the clear data step in the app manager, which then told me my data was zero.

At 3:42 today it gave me the usual error message that it had stopped working. After I submitted the error Report to you, I was able to enter and use the program.
