Hi Wolf,

The settings menu on the left hand side, under all your projects etc, will have the option to turn off notifications. Though you will have to sign into the web version to change the default reminder type.

Brendon.

Thanks for the quick reply Brendon. I've just re-read my question and realize I should have been more specific, sorry.

What I meant to ask was, is it possible to turn off push notifications on a specific device (rather than across all devices). The reason I ask is that I want reminders to pop up on my iPhone but not on my iPad.

Hi Wolf,

Yes. As described above. The menu on the left, where you can find Filters, Projects, etc. At the very bottom there is a gear icon. Click this will bring up settings, then Notificaiton Settings, and you can disable all of them.

Regards,
Peter.

If I use the gear icon to access Notification Settings and disable them all, this disables them for all my mobile devices. As I mentioned, I only want to disable notifications on one specific mobile device.

Removing the check marks from the 'mobile' column also does not stop pushed *reminders* from triggering on my devices.

Wolf,

I was under the impression this setting only worked for each device, as our Android system works differently. Sorry about that.

You can go into your iOS devices settings area, Notification Center, and Todoist, then None under Alert Style.

Thanks,
Brendon.

No problem Brendon, glad I wasn't going mad :-)

I could have sworn I checked under the iOS Notification Center previously and couldn't find Todoist but it's there now and that's done the trick.

Many thanks for your help (+1)
