Used wrong Credit Card and need to change

I have 2 credit cards (personal and work). I created this account with the wrong card and NEED to change it. I can't see any way to do that. How can I do it ASAP?

Hi Nick,

Your account does not seem to be Premium. Also, your account is not linked with any credit card, it's based on your email address. Are you referring to PayPal? If done through that, you can cancel the subscription from your PayPal settings, but you will still remain Premium, it will just not renew.

Thanks for the reply. Maybe it hadn't transferred across by the time I sent that message. I definitely have the Premium account as I'm adding reminders and sub tasks etc. Also my Credit Card is showing a cost being paid to Doist Ltd New York City. I also got an email from Peter saying thanks for upgrading to Premium and 'what pushed me in the premium direction'.
I didn't go through paypal, just put in my credit card details on your payment area.
So I do need to change my credit card if possible.

Nick,

The only way to do this would be to refund the payment, then you can re-purchase using the correct card. So let me know your reference number from the purchase and I will complete the refund. Once that is done, you can re-purchase.

OK great, with the refund etc, that's not going to take me off the Premium account and delete all my current entries is it?

Nick,

It will remove Premium from your account. This will not remove any data from your account, but certain things (such as notes) will not be accessible. Until of course you upgrade again.

It has now been refunded. Please go ahead and make the new purchase.
