Web site list different then android

D

I see ten task due "today" that are "every day" but when from android i have no task for today. Everything was in sync until i changed my timezone on the android version to US/Mountain time despite my phone being set to US/Eastern. I did this because the task I have entered rollover at 2am EST.

Hi,

If your timezone is US/Eastern, then Todoist.com's settings, and any other devices/desktops you have with Todoist need to be set to the same thing. If you change this, it can cause issues such as this.

Ok, thanks for the feedback. So would a due date of "every day at 2am" achieve the same results, ie daily events that rollover at 2am?

Hi,

No, not exactly. It will rollover whenever you complete that task. So if you complete the "everyday at 2am" task at 1am, then it will rollover to the next occurrence then. Yes, it will keep the due date of 2am each day.

Was the issue not when you changed the timezone?

Brendon.

Yes the issue happened when I switch timezones but I only changed the timezone so that my new day would start at 2am eastern or midnight mountain. I didnt occur to me to use "at 2am" in my due date until i read your reply.
