I have purchased the premium. But the message reminder option is not working the way I want it to. I would like to ask for a refund.

When I tried to set up the message reminder, I had to first subscribe to my
phone provider's 'email to sms' service. When I received 'mail' (the
reminder) from Todoist, I had to reply 'yes' to my text message in order to
view the reminder from your company.
Can this be fixed?
There is no way to change this, as it depends on the provider and not on our end.
