Hello Rob,

Is it possible if you can provide a screenshot for me? Hopefully, this will give a better idea of what's causing the issue is.

Thanks in advance,

I can't seem to find the attachment anywhere. Maybe you can send it to me on my email clyde@doist.io?

Hello Rob,

I got your attachment. Follow-up question, when does it give you the blank screen? Does it even allow you to log-in? Any errors or prompts?

Regards,

Clyde

Clyde,

When i launch the app, an icon appear in taskbar, and a popup is open (cf attachment).
I never saw any login form or another thing in this popup (only blank page)...

Hi Rob,

What happens if you click "Home" or "Logout"? Have you tried re-installing the app?

I remove everything, and re installing he app. Nothing better.
The same blank page.

If i click on home or logout, nothing happens.

Can it be a proxy problem?

Hello Rob,

Unfortunately, we couldn't reproduce it so far. It could be a proxy issue or any firewall or anti-virus software blocking any connection the app wants to establish.

Do you have an option to disable such software to see if it helps (and then maybe whitelist *.todoist.com to allow it to connect)?

Best regards,
David

One of your videos notes that I can access Todoist via a widget on my desktop. Please provide directions on how to do this. Thank you.

Hello Art,

Could you please post a link to this video?

The only widget we support is in our Android app and can be added as any other regular widget.

Best regards,
David
