NM

When I assign a task to someone in the edit mode and hit save it appears for a few seconds and then disappears?

Hi Nathan,

Just to clarify, does this happen every time you assign a task to somebody and wait for a couple of seconds?

Clyde

It only is happening in one of my tasks. It's a subtask that I am trying to assign and it is not holding it after I assign it. It's not happening in any of my other tasks.

Hello Nathan,

Does logging in and out of Todoist help? If it doesn't can we try re-creating the tasks and try assigning it and see if we still have the issue?

Clyde

When I logged out and went back in, it deleted all of the people I had shared the task with. It is also still not holding assigned people.

I'll try recreating.. Is there an easy way to move all the tasks I've entered into a new one?

Hi Nathan,

Yes, there's a quick to move tasks around. Here's how:

1. Select the tasks you want to me move by holding the SHIFT key and clicking the tasks
2. Once you have selected all the tasks, look at the top portion of the screen and you should see "Move to Projects" as an option
3. Select which project you want to move it to.

As for it deleting all the people in the shared tasks, I'm not sure why it did that. Please do let me know if you run into more issue so I can assist you further.

P.S. Can you please let me know which browser you're currently using right now.

Regards,

Clyde
